1 Introduction & Consent

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Transactions on 7joy are simple and secure. You can make fast deposits and withdrawals via mobile banking and online banking. Certain policies must be followed.

• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited.

• Any bet left unresolved due to a technical error will be declared void and the stake will be refunded.

7 Prohibited Activities

9 Account Closure & Suspension

7joy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, without prior notice, under the following circumstances.

• Violating any provision of the Terms & Conditions.
• If fraud or money laundering is suspected.
• Registering under a false identity.
• Engaging in any prohibited activities.
• Upon direction from legal authorities.

You may request to close your account at any time. Contact our support team for self-exclusion. Any valid balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you.

10 Limitation of Liability

7joy strives to maintain the highest quality of service at all times. However, 7joy will not be held directly liable for the following.

• Games or bets interrupted due to loss of internet connectivity or technical issues on the part of a third party.
• Service disruptions caused by unforeseen natural disasters or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Loss or damage resulting from a security vulnerability on your device or network.
• Financial losses resulting from gaming are the sole responsibility of the user.

11 Right to Modify Terms
